Monica Mase is a complex commercial litigation attorney with extensive experience in a variety of state and federal litigation matters, including commercial, SEC enforcement proceedings, various tort and products liability litigation. Ms. Mase also has handled adversary proceedings in high profile Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies.

- Counsel to court appointed receivers in various commercial receiverships, including distressed hotels, entertainment venues and resorts, and condominium buildings
- Handled defense of publicly traded company and board of director to an SEC investigation
- Representation of high net worth individual in a breach of fiduciary duty and avoidance litigation filed as an adversary in bankruptcy court
- Handled wrongful death claims in airplane crashes
- Handled multiple jury and non-jury trials on commercial foreclosures, breaches of contract, lender liability actions, admiralty and maritime litigation
